How to Place an Order

  1. Browse the range of products available on our website and select the products you wish to order by adding them to the ‘CART’ whose content can be modified at any time by selecting additional products or removing products already added to ‘CART’.

  2. Next, complete the identification form with the requested details, including your personal information, delivery information, and payment details.

  3. Review the order details and verify its accuracy.

  4. Confirm the purchase order by making the payment.

  5. After payment is confirmed we will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided by you as proof of the transaction.

Returns and Refunds Policy

1.      We will only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete as per the purchase order at the time of delivery and for no other reason whatsoever.

2.      It is your responsibility to check upon delivery and verify that your product is not defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete

3.      In case the delivered product is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete, you must immediately inform us (within 24 hours) from the time of delivery.

4.      The cost of transport of returning the defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete product is to be borne by you and if after our assessment it is found that there is a genuine defect or damage or if the product is incorrect or incomplete as per the order, we will reimburse the cost of transport incurred by you in returning the product.

5.      The product to be returned should be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws and must be returned in its original state including packaging, labels, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

6.      Your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery may only be eligible to be replaced with a brand new unit subject to the above conditions at our discretion.

7.      In the event, a purchase order is subsequently canceled by you prior to delivery you can either purchase any other available product from us up to the value of the previous item or we will refund the total price paid by you, subject to a 10% deduction as the cost of the reservation.

8.      In the event an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery and we are unable to replace the same due to a lack of stocks from the same item, the total amount paid by you will be refunded.

9.      All refunds will be processed by us within 07 working days. However additional time may be required to process refunds in respect of credit cards depending on operational procedures of the respective banks.

Pricing and Payment Methods

1.      The price of each product displayed on our website is the final excluding taxes for all purchases made through our website.

2.      The total price payable will include the price of the product plus any applicable taxes.

3.      Prices of products displayed on our website may change at any time and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price reduction or promotions.

4.      Payments can be made through our website using any valid credit or debit card with sufficient funds.


1.      Delivery of any products purchased through our website is limited to Sri Lanka only.

2.      If any product needs to be delivered outside Sri Lanka, this must be specifically mentioned by you on our website when filling out the delivery details.   

3.      Delivery of products takes place through NATIVEWAY or through an agent retained by us for this purpose.

4.      Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, the products will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you within 07 days after the receipt of the order and payment.

5.      Delivery charges will be borne by you.
